Rich Internet Applications

Internet user experience must change. It must change to be richer, productive and more usable.
Static web pages should go away. Ugly rich text editors should go away. We need desktop rich applications working on the web.

Rich Internet Application - this is the name of the new web experience. RIA's have the same functionality as desktop applications, but they don't need to be installed, they just run in your internet browser window, sharing server data. Soon our web will completely get rid of old html pages, but instead would bring us rich internet applications.

There are several notable technologies for RIAs: Adobe Flex, JavaFX and Silverlight.

Flex is the technology developed by Adobe. ActionScript language is the programming language behind Flex. You can read more on Flex here: Flex Home Page

JavaFX is developed by Sun Microsystems, this technology is based on Java. You can read more about JavaFX here: JavaFX Home Page

Silverlight in my opinion is very promising technology. If you code in C# programming language, then it would be very easy for you to jump into Silverlight and start creating outstanding web applications. Read more on Silverlight here: Silverlight Home Page

Greetings to Wonderful Web World

Good web time to all. I'm now on blogger. I'm going to blog on web as a new global economy. It's really amazing to see how web is booming our lives, our countries, our society.

This entry is my first introduction to blogosphere and art of blogging. I must say English is my second language, so please if you'll find any problems with my writing please let me know, I'll be very happy to learn write better as I'm not the good writer at the moment ;)
